One of our forklift drivers, Larry Rainey, was on his way to take cover during a quick rain shower when he saw a customer drop her wallet overboard while loading her boat. Without hesitating, Larry got out of his work clothes, jumped in and searched the bottom of the 8′ deep bayou for the wallet. After several attempts without any luck, he finally gave up the search. Even though he was unsuccessful in recovering the wallet, Larry demonstrated our belief in “Unreasonable Hospitality” and helped gain the trust of a customer who will now be here for years to come.
