On Labor Day weekend, we enjoyed a full day on the water as usual. We docked our boat and headed for our vehicle, which was parked at the top of the hill, and your shuttle service took us up. After trying for some time, we couldn’t get our car to start, so we got a ride back to the dock. I remembered talking to your water shuttle staff before about possibly dropping us off at the bottom of our hill in Twin Creeks Estates, so I thought I’d go in and ask. As it turned out, your water taxi captain was at the counter. We told him our problem and asked if he could take us to our access point, which is just outside the no-wake zone across from the island. He loaded us up and did us this huge favor. We walked up to our home, which overlooks Greasy Creek. The next day, we took another car back to our vehicle, and it started right away. It was great of your staff to be so accommodating. Thank you so much!
