In late March, I found a nice surprise from Jordan, our Saylorville Operations Manager. I had shared with him the experience of diving into the lake one cool fall evening to retrieve our aging Black Lab who had fallen overboard. Even with handles on her life jacket, I had to get in the water to get Maggie back on deck. I found a gift aboard our boat from Jordan – a much needed doggie ramp pad and a note expressing appreciation for my support of the Marina! A perfect gift, and much needed so that we continue to enjoy the lake with our adventurous dogs. This will be my 38th season at the marina, and we continue to enjoy both the camaraderie of the marina and peacefulness of the lake. Thanks, Jordan, for making life easier! I do appreciate the crew that makes marina life possible.
